Spotify Premium

By using a Spotify gift card, eGift Card, eCard, Premium Code or PIN (the "Card"), you agree to the following:

1. The "Spotify Terms of Service" at https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/ form part of these Card Terms of Service. The Spotify Terms of Service may contain additional terms of use regarding the collection and use of personal data, general terms for the services offered by Spotify, information regarding applicable law, mandatory arbitration (where applicable) and jurisdiction.
2. The Card can only be redeemed on a monthly basis for a standalone Premium subscription and not for discounts or group subscriptions (such as student discounts, trials, Premium for families or offers that combine Premium with other companies' products or services).
3. The Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and cannot be returned or resold (except as required by law).
4. To redeem the Card, you must have or register for a Spotify account in the country where the Card was purchased. To register for or use a Spotify account, you must be at least the age set out in the Spotify Terms of Service.
5. To redeem, visit www.spotify.com/redeem
6. The Card must be redeemed within 3 years from the end of the year in which the Card was purchased. After that, the PIN will expire and the Card will no longer be usable for purchases.
7. The Card is for one-time use only: the full face value for a single account will be deducted upon redemption. Redemption or crediting is not possible in stages.
8. Spotify, its officers, shareholders, employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, suppliers or licensors are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by lost, stolen or fraudulently obtained Cards or their unauthorized use.
9. The Card is offered by Spotify AB, company registration number 556703-7485, with registered office at Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden (“Spotify”).
10. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Card Terms and Conditions and the terms printed on the Card, these Card Terms and Conditions will prevail.
