In case of direct top-up your prepaid credit will automatically be added to your prepaid account. Please insert the telephone number, which has to be topped up in the order process. A service fee of € 1.49 per transaction will be charged. Our products are only compatible with a German SIM card.

With Aufladen.de you can quickly and safely your recharge Ortel prepaid sim card. After choosing the preferable payment method, you will receive the top up in most cases directly after the successful payment transaction:

Redeem Top-up code
After successful order and payment of the Top-up you will receive the code via E-Mail. You can then redeem the code in your mobile phone:
- Enter the top-up code via the keypad of your mobile phone: *103*16-digit top-up code#call key
Alternatively:
- Using your Ortel Mobile sim card, call the free account manager 1155, enter the top-up code via the keypad of your mobile phone and confirm by pressing the #-key
- Using the Android App or iOS-App of Aufladen.de
- Using your personal online account MeinOrtel
