Aufladen.de offers several payment methods, which allow secure payment of your order. You will be guided through a number of steps and you will be asked to enter additional information depending on the payment method selected.
Payments made with iDeal.
Pay easily, quickly and directly online using the iDeal service provided by your bank. Payments made with iDeal are always free on opwaarderen.nl. You will receive your top-up code by e-mail nearly straight away (within a few minutes) if you make a payment using iDeal.
Want to make a payment using iDeal? Please select your bank and you will be taken to the overview page. Click on Pay now. You will then be taken to your bank's payment environment.
Paying with your credit card.
You can also pay for orders on opwaarderen.nl using a credit card (MasterCard en VISA). Credit card payments can only be made by registered users.
Your credit card's 3D secure code will need to be activated before you can make a payment using your credit card. This means we can guarantee the safety of your payment. Your credit card data is sent using a secure connection and is not saved. You will be asked to enter your personal security code during the payment process. (You can also register your 3D secure code during the payment process.)

We will send you your top-up code by e-mail once we have checked your credit card data and have received payment.
Payment with Standing order
Via standing order, you can order automatically and periodically. You need to complete the ordering process only once and afterwards place a standing order with your bank.
Payments made with PayPal
You can also pay for orders using the online payment system PayPal. You will need to have access to a PayPal account or create one to use this payment method. Paypal will charge a € 0.75 transaction fee for each order paid for using PayPal.
Want to make a payment using PayPal? Please enter your details. You will receive your top-up code via e-mail as soon as the payment has been debited from your PayPal account.
Payments made via a bank transfer
You can also pay via a bank transfer. You will be asked to transfer the amount of your order to our account stating your order number as a payment reference. Please note that we cannot send you your top-up code if you do not state your order number.
We will send you your top-up code by e-mail once we have received your payment which states your order number as a payment reference. Please take the fact that a bank transfer can take between 1 and 3 working days to clear. This means it may take a few days for you to receive your top-up code after ordering. It all depends on your bank's processing time.
The payment has been debited but you haven't received a top-up code yet?
In a few cases, it may occur that you make a payment but fail to receive a top-up code. This is often a result of one of the following causes:
- The payment has not yet been credited to our account. This may be due to the processing time your bank employs for transfers (1 to 3 working days).
- Due to a technical error, we have not yet received notification that the payment has been credited to our account.
- The order number has been omitted or has been incorrectly listed as the payment reference.
- Your payment has not been transferred to Alphacomm's account number. Please see the account number listed in our e-mail with bank transfer details.
- The amount received is not the same as the total cost of your order.
Please do the following if you would like to receive your top-up code. E-mail us your proof of payment (support@opwaarderen.nl). This could be a scan of your bank statement or a screen shot of the payment on your Internet banking site.
We will use your proof of payment to check whether or not your payment has been credited to our account. We will send your top-up code straight away via e-mail if your payment has been processed.
Are there extra costs connected to the use of the various payment methods?
Some of the payment methods incur a small transaction fee. You will be charged € 0.50 for payments made with a credit card and € 0.75 for payments made using PayPal. Payments made using iDeal are free.
The height of the transaction fee is also included in the overview of payment methods and will be shown when selecting it during the order process. You can always select a different type of payment method at the time if you do not wish to pay a transaction fee.
How do I cash a discount code or a gift voucher?
You can cash a discount code or gift voucher by submitting it to your shopping cart. A separate field will be displayed where you can enter your code and then activate it. The value of the code will only be deducted from your order once the code has been activated. You will be guided through the rest of the order process if your discount code or gift voucher does not cover the whole of the total cost of your order (product price minus discount code). You will be automatically directed to the delivery page if the total amount is € 0.00 once you have entered your personal details.

How can I access/download my invoice?
Downloading the invoice(s) for your order(s) is easy and can be done directly via your opwaarderen.nl account. Click the 'pdf' file icon on the Payment history page. This will open your invoice for an order.
Not registered yet? You can create an account online by clicking the Register button at the top right-hand corner of the page. You can either login using your Facebook account or using your e-mail address and your own password. Click on Register and you will receive an activation code by e-mail.
