Aufladen.de wants to help you quickly, easily and directly online with your orders, payments and activating your top-up.
Select your product
Select your product type: Top-up, Internet or Games. Click on your provider's icon. You will be directed to the page displaying the products available via your provider. Select the product you want. All prices are inclusive of vat. Proceed by clicking on the button Order.
I can't remember or don't know who my provider is.
Selecting the right provider is important. You need to pick the provider whose pre-paid SIM card you are using. You can only top-up your credit with products from your provider. Please note: you cannot return or exchange a product from a different provider once you have completed your purchase.
Want to make sure that you are picking the right provider? Please, check your SIM card.
Your shopping cart
You can place several items in your shopping cart and adjust the Number of products easily.
Have you changed your mind while ordering or have you selected the wrong item? No problem. Select the bin (delete) button. This will remove the item from your order.
Do you have a discount coupon or a special promotion code? Please enter this information in the field Discount and Offers and click on Check to review the code.
Click on Next and you will be directed to the order page to log in or fill in your details.
I want to change or cancel my order.
You can change your order during the ordering process as long as you have not confirmed or paid for it. Go to your shopping cart and select the bin (delete) icon and order a different product.
Have you made a mistake when ordering and have you already paid for it? This means you have already received your top-up code. Unfortunately, you will not be able to return or exchange your top-up code. The reason for this is that we cannot contact the provider to verify whether or not you already used your code.
However, you can sell/give your top-up code to someone who does use the provider of the product you purchased. In many cases, codes are valid for up to 1.5 years after the date of purchase.
Placing orders via your opwaarderen.nl account or without an account
We need your e-mail address for the delivery of your order. Registering online and anonymously using your e-mail address or Facebook account is easy. Creating an opwaarderen.nl account is also simple. You are not obliged to register. You can also place an order without registering. All you need to is enter your e-mail address.
What are the benefits of an opwaarderen.nl account?
An opwaarderen.nl account offers a number of benefits:
- You do not need to enter your details for every order.
- You will have access to a comprehensive overview of previous orders you made via opwaarderen.nl;
- All your invoices are neatly stored in one place where you can download them directly. Please enter your account details during registration if you would like to use this option.
- You can see and use your top-up code directly online if you have used iDeal, a credit card or PayPal to pay for your order. Select Order History from the tabs under the Magnifier icon.
- We will keep you up-to-date about any special offers made available by your provider via our newsletter.
How do I register / create an account?
You can register easily, quickly and directly online:
- Click on the Register link on the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Enter your e-mail address, your password or log on via your Facebook account (you won't have to create a password if you log on using Facebook).
- Click on Register and you're done.
- You will receive an activation code following registration by e-mail.
